إِنَّ تَعَلُّمَ اللُّغَةِ العَرَبِيَّةِ لَيْسَ مُجَرَّدَ دِرَاسَةٍ لِلْكَلِمَاتِ وَالقَوَاعِدِ، بَلْ هُوَ سَعْيٌ لِفَهْمِ مَعْنَى الحَيَاةِ وَتَحْدِيدِ الهُوِيَّةِ وَالثَّقَافَةِ الَّتِي تَمْتَدُّ جُذُورُهَا لِآلافِ السِّنِينَ.
تَخْدُمُ العَرَبِيَّةُ كَلُغَةٍ لِـ القُرْآنِ الكَرِيمِ، وَتُمَكِّنُ دِرَاسَتُهَا المُسْلِمِينَ مِنْ فَهْمِ كِتَابِ اللهِ وَتَعَالِيمِ نَبِيِّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهْمًا مُبَاشِرًا وَدَقِيقًا، مِمَّا يُسَاعِدُ عَلَى تَعْزِيزِ العَلاقَةِ الرُّوحِيَّةِ مَعَ الدِّينِ وَيُقَوِّي الاِرْتِبَاطَ بِالإِيمَانِ.
وَلَيْسَتِ العَرَبِيَّةُ مُجَرَّدَ وَسِيلَةٍ لِلتَّعْبِيرِ، بَلْ هِيَ رَابِطٌ يُوَحِّدُ مَلايِينَ النَّاسِ فِي العَالَمِ العَرَبِيِّ؛ فَهِيَ وَسِيلَةٌ لِلتَّوَاصُلِ وَالفَهْمِ وَبِنَاءِ العَلاقَاتِ بَيْنَ الشُّعُوبِ.
إِنَّ إِتْقَانَ اللُّغَةِ العَرَبِيَّةِ يُسَاهِمُ فِي الحِفَاظِ عَلَى الهُوِيَّةِ الثَّقَافِيَّةِ، فَنَحْنُ بِهَا نَقْرَأُ الشِّعْرَ وَالأَدَبَ وَنَتَعَرَّفُ عَلَى تَارِيخِنَا وَحَضَارَتِنَا. وَمِنَ النَّاحِيَةِ العَمَلِيَّةِ، يَفْتَحُ تَعَلُّمُ العَرَبِيَّةِ آفَاقًا وَاسِعَةً لِلْعَمَلِ وَالدِّرَاسَةِ فِي مَجَالاتِ التَّعْلِيمِ وَالتَّرْجَمَةِ وَالإِعْلَامِ وَالدِّبْلُومَاسِيَّةِ الَّتِي تَزْدَادُ الحَاجَةُ فِيهَا إِلَى المُتَحَدِّثِينَ بِهَا.
وَلا يَجِبُ أَنْ نَنْسَى أَنَّ اللُّغَةَ العَرَبِيَّةَ بِثَرَائِهَا اللُّغَوِيِّ وَجَمَالِ تَرَاكِيبِهَا تُنَمِّي التَّفْكِيرَ النَّقْدِيَّ وَتُصْقِلُ مَهَارَاتِ التَّعْبِيرِ، مِمَّا يُمَكِّنُنَا مِنْ إِيصَالِ أَفْكَارِنَا بِوُضُوحٍ وَإِبْدَاعٍ.
