Winter Arabic Programme 2026/2027
Program Details:

Prerequisites: None! Your level will be determined through a placement test.
Age: 16+
Program Cost:
Tuition fees with accomodation: £ 999
Tuition fees without accomodation: £ 599
The course price also includes the following:
- 5 days a week, 4 hours per day, from Sunday till Thursday.
- This consists of 3 hours of Arabic language learning per day and 1 hour dedicated to Qur’an recitation and memorization.
- A guided tour of Medina’s key landmarks and museums. This includes Mount Uhud, Masjid Qubaa, The Museum of Madinah, and Masjid Al-Qiblatayn.
- Accommodation in a shared air-conditioned double or triple room, with breakfast provided (dates and Milk).
- Course materials, including books and study papers.
- Two-day Umrah trip to Mecca.
- Exclusive discounts for families and groups.
Please note:
- The program does not include airfare, visa, or dinner.
- For students who can’t join the whole program, they can join the program for only 2 or 3 weeks with a private fee.
- Every weekend (Friday and Saturday), students can perform Umrah by taking the high-speed train between Madinah and Mecca (just 2.5 hours).
- More than 40% of classes will be concentrated on improving conversational and listening skills.
- A deposit of USD 500 is required to complete your booking.
- Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and you have to use it for Qortoba’s services.
What will you achieve in the Winter Program?

- Student will complete 2 levels from our 12 Arabic levels.
- Online placement test before you start to determine the right level for you.
- Lessons are structured around the themes in Al- Arabiyya Bayna Yadaik.
The conversational program aims to develop your speaking skills on the following topics:
- Introducing yourself and your family.
- Talking about how you spend your day.
- Explaining different emotions connected to our senses.
- Talking about the country you live in, things you like about it and things you don’t like.
- Talking about the four seasons.
- Reading the news, listening to it or talking about it.
- Describing your apartment.
- Telling a short story.
- Recognizing the importance of the Arabic language for Muslims.
- Talking about where you would like to live and to describing your neighborhood.
- Talking about the pillars of Islam.
- Talking about friendships in your life.
- Talk about jobs.
- Having a dialogue with a friend.
- Talking about your trips or how you spent your vacation.
- Talking about Daawa in your country

No, classes are segregated.
Pick-ups and drop offs can be booked separately in advance. Clear instructions for arranging that with different options will be provided for the enrolled students before leaving to Cairo In’Shaa Allah.

Yes, you can do that. Please make sure to inform the centre in Egypt of your wish. They will be able to provide help and advice In’Shaa Allah.
It is very hot. Still, classes, accommodation and transport are all air conditioned.
There are two trips inside Cairo included in the program fees. Other trips to places outside Cairo will be announced upon your arrival. They are usually held during the weekend and need to be paid for separately as they are not included in the fees.
Yes, there will be activities twice a week like football, swimming and shopping.
Most of the accommodation is in a beautiful compound called Gardenia which is 10 minutes drive from the centre. Other available accommodation cites are 10 minutes walk from the centre.
